• The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
• While your safety is of utmost importance, the committee/organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/valuables or damage to your property.
• Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend/ enter scienti ic sessions at the venue.
• Accompanying Persons will be allowed for the conference meals and common area only if they have registered for the conference.
• A convenience fee may be charged by the bank on all the online payments.
