Accommodation for the student delegates has been arranged in the Kabini Annexe Hostel, NIMHANS, Bengaluru as well as in the Annex 3 Hostel, St. John’s Medical College and Research Institute, Bengaluru. The accommodation will be provided on first-cum-first-serve basis and subject to advance payment of the charges. Accommodation will be arranged on shared (two-bedded/ three bedded/ six bedded) basis. If a delegate wishes to avail single occupancy, the charge for two beds has to be paid. The student delegates are advised to fill the below mentioned google form as per their preference. The google forms have relevant details including payment option.
